Water Assist & Elderly Assist Rates, Texas Water Utilities-funded programs
Water Assist and Elderly Care Rates are assistance programs designed to help qualifying customers with paying their water utility bill monthly. Customers who qualify for the program will receive a $20 credit for water and/or a $20 credit for wastewater each month through the duration of their enrollment. To continue receiving their credit(s), customers must continue to pay their bill and remain current while enrolled.
Do I qualify for Water Assist?
To be considered for this program, the form below must be completed in its entirety and submitted for processing. Applicants will start receiving credit(s) once all information is provided and approved.
