The communications team for the Texas unit of SouthWest Water Company received a Watermark Award honorable mention for Texas American Water Works Association (AWWA).
The award was accepted by Communications Specialist Raquel Roulin at the Texas Water conference for a video highlighting recent improvements.
The Rim Rock Improvements video was made with customers in mind to showcase the story about the newly-improved water treatment facility in Bulverde, Texas. It also explains the unique treatment process for groundwater under the influence (GUI).
