Water Assist & Elderly Assist Rates, Texas Water Utilities-funded programs
Water Assist and Elderly Care Rates are assistance programs designed to help qualifying Texas Water Utilities customers with paying their monthly water utility bill. Customers who qualify for the program will receive a $20 credit for water and/or a $20 credit for wastewater each month through the duration of their enrollment. To continue receiving their credit(s), customers must continue to pay their bill and remain current while enrolled.

In order to apply for Water Assist, the form below must be completed in its entirety and submitted for processing. Applicants will start receiving credit(s) once all information is provided and approved.
