We acknowledge today’s environment continues to pose challenges to everyone. We want to thank each of our customers for continuing to keep your account up-to-date by consistently making payments.

It was permitted by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) in May to charge late fees due to non-payment. Accounts not paid by the due date will be assessed a late fee.  In addition, the PUC lifted the restriction on disconnections as of June 13, 2020, meaning the PUC will allow for disconnections due to non-payment.

We want to ensure our customers have continuous water and wastewater services that are much needed for public health. If you need assistance during this time, please contact Customer Care on various resources (such as payment arrangements) we can provide. We can also offer our Water Assist program to qualifying customers.
