Account Information

In October you will receive details by mail about your new account number, ways to pay your bill, and how to set up an online account. Once you have your account number, you can register for our online account management portal — My Account — at account.mywater.us to view and manage your bill.

Billing & Payment

You should have received your final bill from Crystal Springs. Please contact them directly by calling 281-354-5136 regarding questions about this bill. Your first bill from Texas Water Utilities is expected to be generated in mid-October. The first bill will include any past-due amount owed to Crystal Springs. Payment is due 16 days from the date of the bill.

Depending on the timing of the meter reading and billing cycle, your bill may be prorated, or may have an extended usage period, resulting in a larger total amount than normal. This will only occur on your first bill due to the transition of the business causing a nontypical meter reading schedule.
