Our My Account online customer portal has been undergoing some changes. These include new features and enhancements that make it even easier to use, so you can manage most customer service requests yourself.

  • For your convenience, all new My Account users will have paperless billing enabled by default.

Signing Up is Easy

From a computer or mobile web browser, Sign Up to create your My Account customer profile. You will need to have ready your:

  • 10-digit Account Number (found on your bill)
  • Service Address Zip Code (5 digits only)
