New Look Happening Soon!

You are here: Home / Texas / New Look Happening Soon!

At Texas Water Utilities, we are proud to deliver safe, reliable, and vital services that help our communities thrive. We have made and will continue to make improvements to the essential water and wastewater systems that serve you. This message is to inform you of important upcoming changes to your utility service.

It’s an exciting time at our company, and as we look forward, we are refreshing our brand to reflect our vision for the future. Our beloved Texas wildflower, the bluebonnet, stands as a symbol of our Core Value of Environmental Stewardship and commitment to healthy communities. As the state flower, the bluebonnet also emphasizes the “Texas” in Texas Water Utilities. We are in the process of adding this design to our website, bills, and more.

Refreshed Website Coming Soon!

At this time, we are also taking the opportunity to update our website to provide a better online experience and enhance customer service. We look forward to sharing more about this in the near future! Please “pardon our dust” as we make these changes. We will be communicating with customers via email, bill inserts and web postings. Our call handlers will also have important information to help answer your questions.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
