As we are preparing to close our in-person customer service window at Woodcreek Farms on September 1, we want to inform you about an alternative option for paying with cash, should you prefer it. Bills can now be paid using cash at your local Walmart.

To pay with cash at Walmart, you will need to bring a paper copy of your bill and go to the Money Center. There is a cost of $1.50 for this service. Please note that your payment will not be posted to your account immediately, but typically posts by the next business day. If you are facing a disconnection for non-payment, please call our customer service department at 803-699 2422 and provide us with the confirmation number provided to you by the Money Center.

Of course, the most convenient, quick, and always available option for payment is to create an online account with My Account and pay your bill through this.  We are happy to help you through this process.

Credit and debit cards can be used online through your online profile, as a guest, or through the automated system free of charge with a Visa or Mastercard.

Check payments can be sent in, with your remittance stub, to P.O. Box 361850 Hoover, AL 35236-1850.

We are working to provide other convenient options for in-person payments and will notify you when they become available.
