Deadline to Change Remittance Address is Sept. 1
As our in-person customer service window closes at Woodcreek Farms and our office prepares to move, we want to remind customers that South Carolina Water Utilities payments should not be mailed to 1713 Woodcreek Farms Road, Elgin, SC 29045. Beginning September 1, 2025, all payments must be sent to the correct mailing address of P.O. Box 361850, Hoover, AL 35236
If your bank sends your payments, please make sure your bank has the correct payee name of Palmetto Utilities, SC Water Utilities, PWR-Alpine, or PWR-Woodland and that your bank uses the address of P.O. Box 361850, Hoover, AL 35236
