La Puente Drive-Thru Food Distribution

Suburban was proud to hand out 500 food boxes to our WISH customers yesterday. We are grateful to partner with La Puente Outreach Center Food Pantry who has been hosting food distributions for the past 20 years. Suburban’s donation helped them acquire coolers to support their mission of serving fresh produce along with canned goods. Thank you to everyone who joined and supported. Your partnership is crucial to overall community growth and success. Thank you to Hacienda La Puente Unified School District board member Anthony Duarte for volunteering weekly with the Pantry, making the connection with Suburban, and garnering support and supplies for yesterday's distribution. Thank you to City of La Puente, California - Government for providing traffic control and to Mayor Charlie Klinakis for joining yesterday. Thank you to Assemblymember Lisa Calderon and team for joining and providing supplies for the distribution and volunteers. Thank you to City of Industry Mayor Cory Moss and team for joining and promoting the event to our customers in Industry.
