
Dear Callawassie and Spring Island Customers.
After numerous customer requests and much work, we are pleased to inform you that your billing is changing from bi-monthly to monthly, beginning with your June billing. Statements that went out in May are for a transition period , including March and April, prorated with the old and new rates.
Current rates were approved by the South Carolina Public Service Commission on March 26, 2026, and are now in effect. The June billing will reflect May usage only, and you should anticipate receiving bills each month that reflect a more traditional usage period of approximately four to five weeks instead of the two-month period that was previously approved.
We are hopeful that by providing this information in advance, you will have adequate time to adjust any automatic payment plans you may have in place. We would encourage you to take advantage of our paperless billing and autodraft payment options if you have not already done so. This allows you to get your bills instantly and reduce paper clutter.

Click on Billing and Usage Tab.
Select Paperless Billing.
Turn on paperless billing!
If You Don’t Have an Online Portal Account:
Sign up today at https://account.mywater.us/Register.
Log in to your new account.
Follow the steps above to enable paperless billing.
Additionally, we are working on an information platform that will leverage the power of the new advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) meters that were recently installed. We’ll be announcing these consumer benefits in the next two weeks, which will include the ability to sign up for leak alerts.
