At French Settlement Water Company, Inc. (“FSW”), we are proud to deliver safe, reliable, and vital services which enable our communities to thrive. We have made and will continue to make numerous improvements to the essential water and/or wastewater systems that serve you. This message outlines some exciting changes for our customers!
We’ve grown!
As you may already know, our parent company completed a merger last year, resulting in our Louisiana operations expanding. In June, FSW will merge with Utilities Inc. of Louisiana. Therefore, beginning in June, we will be known as Utilities Inc. of Louisiana (“UIL”). In addition to our new name, you will also experience:
- A new logo to better reflect our brand.
- Updated website and web address to provide customers with a better online experience.
- A new Facebook page expanded for all UIL customers.
Rest assured, you will still be able to find us online as we are taking steps to ensure you are directed to the right place.
New look with enhanced Customer Service.
We are thrilled to continue to serve you. These upgrades, in addition to a refreshed look and feel, will bring improvements in Customer Service.
Please, “pardon our dust” as we make these changes and be sure to read our updates in the weeks ahead as we prepare for our transition in June. We will be communicating with customers via email, bill inserts and web postings. Our Customer Service team will also have important information to be able to assist you.
Note: For the small group of customers who currently receive water service from FSW and wastewater service from UIL, your accounts will be merged, and you will have the convenience of one bill, one account management system and more!
