For prompt and courteous service, please contact our customer service representatives to turn your service on/off or with questions about billing, water quality, leaks, water conservation, and more. Our team of professionals is ready to investigate, explain or resolve your service issues.

Please note, Cline Butte Utility is operating under the name Oregon Water Utilities – Cline Butte, Inc. and Running Y Utilities is operating under the name Oregon Water Utilities – Mountain Lakes, Inc.  Additionally, Cline Butte Environmental, Running Y Environmental, Pristine (Southview), and Brasada Ranch are operating under the name Oregon Water Utilities, Inc.

Bill Payment Options

My Account: Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, Bank Auto Pay, & Cash

My Account, our online self-service portal, provides several convenient ways to pay. Choose from these options from within the Payments menu of the portal.

Credit/Debit Cards & Digital Wallets

Make one-time or automatic payments with your debit or credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, VISA), or through a digital wallet (Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Bank Auto Pay

Automatic payment from your financial institution is a free, convenient way to pay your monthly bill. Your amount owing is automatically debited from your checking or savings account on the due date.

In Person Cash

Within My Account, select the “Cash” option to pay in person at these locations: 7/11, ACE Cash Express, CVS, Family Dollar, Food Lion, Giant Eagle, Kroger, Love’s, Meijer, Speedway, Walgreens, Winn Dixie. You will receive a barcode from the My Account portal, which you will need to present to the store at the time of payment.

For payments made at third-party locations like grocery stores and retailers, it may take 24 hours for the payment to post to your account. Also, some retailers may require a minimum payment amount. You can view payments and account information in the My Account customer portal.

Walmart: Please see the “In Person” option below for payment at Walmart locations.

Business Customers: We are unable to accept Visa or MasterCard payments for Business accounts, however you may pay online via check.

NEW! Pay with CASH at Your Local Store

Walmart

Visit a Walmart MoneyCenter or Customer Service Desk. Provide the 10-digit Account Number from your utility bill. Payment can be made by cash or debit card. We suggest using Walmart’s “WMBP same-day processing” to ensure your payment is processed immediately.

CheckFreePay

Use the CheckFreePay online Payment Center Locator to find the nearest location. Please call us immediately after payment, so we may speed up your service.

Other Retailers (Using My Account)

Having a My Account profile gives you many more in person payment options.
