Online: My Account Portal
My Account, our online self-service portal, provides several convenient ways to pay. Choose from these options from within the Payments menu of the portal.
Credit/Debit Cards & Digital Wallets
Make one-time or automatic payments with your debit or credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, VISA), or through a digital wallet (Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Bank Auto Pay
Automatic payment from your financial institution is a free, convenient way to pay your monthly bill. Your amount owing is automatically debited from your checking or savings account on the due date.
Have you received a disconnection notice? The most immediate account payment method is using our MyAccount portal with a credit card or eCheck.
Business Customers: We are unable to accept Visa or MasterCard payments for Business accounts, however you may pay online via check.

In Person: NEW! Pay with CASH at Your Local Store
Step 1: Head to your local Walmart’s MoneyCenter or Customer Service Desk.
Step 2: Then, inform the Walmart associate of the utility name and provide the account number. Please bring your bill (either electronically or on paper) for a smooth process.
Step 3: You must ask to have your payment processed with Walmart’s “Walmart Bill Pay (WMBP) same-day processing” to ensure payment is applied to your account correctly. The associate will locate your account, and then you can make a payment using cash or a debit card.
If you are at risk of being turned off or have already been disconnected, please take note of the payment confirmation number so that we may verify the payment. Be sure to call us before 3 p.m. so we can issue the turn-on.
What’s the fastest way to pay for reconnection? The most immediate account payment method is using our MyAccount portal with a credit card or eCheck.

Call us 24/7 for a quick, secure and automated self-service via interactive-voice-response technology (IVR). Pay your bill using your AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa, check your account balance, get last payment information, and set up recurring payments via your credit or debit card.

Write your 10-digit Account Number on your check or money order to Oregon Water Utilities and include the payment stub from your invoice. Please allow ample time for mailed payments to reach our payment center.
